House Rules – Haus Anna Carinthia

Dear guests,

We are very pleased that you are spending your stay at Haus Anna in Köttwein near Treffen am Ossiacher See. To ensure that everyone feels comfortable and that your holiday is as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules.

Arrival & Departure

  • Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. (or by individual arrangement).
  • Please check out by 10:00 a.m. so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guests.

Peace & Consideration

  • Please be considerate of neighbours and other guests.
  • Quiet hours apply from 10:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. During this time, we kindly ask you to refrain from loud music and noise.

Non-smoking apartment

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the holiday apartment.
  • Smoking is allowed in the outdoor area – please use the ashtrays provided.

Pets

  • Pets are unfortunately not permitted in our holiday apartment.
  • We kindly ask for your understanding, as we wish to keep the apartment allergy-friendly.

Care & Tidiness

  • Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care, as if it were your own home.
  • If anything is damaged or not functioning properly, please inform us immediately – we will take care of it promptly.

Kitchen & Cleanliness

  • The kitchen is fully equipped and at your disposal.
  • We kindly ask you to leave dishes and appliances clean after use.
  • Please dispose of waste regularly in the designated bins.

Waste Separation

Waste is separated in Austria. The following bins are available here:

  • Paper
  • Plastic & metal (packaging)
  • Residual waste

Parking

  • A parking space is available directly at the accommodation.
  • Please park in a way that does not obstruct access for others.

Safety

  • Please make sure to close all windows and doors when leaving the apartment.
  • In case of emergency, the following numbers apply in Austria:
    • Fire brigade: 122
    • Police: 133
    • Ambulance: 144

Departure

  • Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition.
  • The key handover will take place as agreed upon arrival (key box or in person).
  • If anything was missing or not satisfactory, please feel free to let us know.
