Cancellation Policy – Haus Anna Carinthia

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies to bookings at Haus Anna in Treffen am Ossiacher See:

Cancellation by the Guest

Cancellations must be made in writing (by email). The date of receipt of the cancellation by us is decisive.

The following conditions apply:

• Up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
• 13 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
• From 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
• In case of no-show: 100% of the total price

Any deposits already paid will be offset accordingly.

Recommendation: Travel Cancellation Insurance

We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events (e.g., illness, accident).

Cancellation by the Host

If the stay becomes impossible due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, technical defects, official orders), any payments already made will, of course, be fully refunded. No further claims can be made.
